SPAMMING IS PROHIBITED!

Leading Edge Cash defines spamming with a broader scope than other affiliate programs with lower marketing standards and principles. The Leading Edge Cash definition of spam includes not only email spamming, but most other forms of unsolicited advertising as well. So please read this policy very carefully.

The following forms of unsolicited advertising are considered spam and strictly prohibited by Leading Edge Cash:

• Unsolicited commercial email (UCE) of any kind is strictly prohibited.
  • UCE is strictly prohibited even if it complies with the U.S. Federal Anti-Spam Law.
  • This ban includes any quantity of recipients. Whether it is 1, or 1 million, it is prohibited.
• Electronic newsletters of any kind are strictly prohibited.
  • This ban includes Double Opt-In Newsletters, unless prior written authorization has been received from Leading Edge Cash.
• Public Forums
  • Unsolicited postings on newsgroups, message boards, chat rooms, instant chat programs, guest books, web pages, or any other public forum is strictly prohibited.
  • The only exceptions to this policy are:
    • Posting in public forums that you are 100% owner of.
    • Posting in public forums where the owner has given you written permission.

Leading Edge Cash does NOT pay on hits from spamming. If Leading Edge Cash confirms you have promoted any of its products via any of the unsolicited advertising methods noted above, we will immediately invalidate all current sales and terminate your account without notice. Let us say it again for effect: IF YOU ARE CAUGHT PROMOTING OUR SITES WITH ANY FORM OF SPAM AS DEFINED ABOVE, YOUR ACCOUNT WILL BE TERMINATED, ALL AMOUNTS OWING WILL BE FORFEITED, and WE WILL PURSUE LEGAL ACTION.

Leading Edge Cash has a zero tolerance approach towards violators of this policy, which will be fully enforced regardless of the "status" of the affiliate. This policy will be applied equally to all and and compliance is mandatory for all affiliates - no excuses by violators will be accepted - no affiliate is considered too "new" to the program to understand this policy, and no affiliate is considered too "important" to respect this policy. OTHER TERMS

In order to be compensated as an affiliate for referring customers to our Leading Edge Cash sites, you agree to the terms and conditions of this agreement. Leading Edge Cash and you, the Affiliate, are entering into a simple business agreement in the best interests of both parties. The Affiliate and Leading Edge Cash are independent contractors, and nothing in this Agreement will create any partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, sales representative, or employment relationship, or the relationship of principal and agent between the parties. All copyrighted material and trademarked names and logos used in accordance with this Agreement by either or both parties remain the exclusive intellectual property of the respective originating or issuing parties. No transference of intellectual property ownership or conveyance of rights is intended or conferred in this Agreement. Sales and interests in this Agreement may not be transferred or sold to any other entity and all business between the parties is subject to the terms of this Agreement. Both parties will be held to confidence in any matters of business with regards to this Agreement.

The Affiliate shall indemnify and hold Leading Edge Cash harmless from any and all legal actions, damages or liabilities incurred from the day-to-day operations of the Affiliate. Under no circumstances will Leading Edge Cash be liable whether in tort, contract or otherwise for indirect, incidental, consequential, special or exemplary damages (including but not limited to damages for any loss of revenue, profits, business interruption, loss of business information or data, loss of goodwill, work stoppage, hardware or software failure, or other pecuniary loss) arising from or relating to any provision of this Agreement or the program.

Leading Edge Cash will own all right, title and interest in and to all information that is created or collected in the operation of the Leading Edge Cash site and reserves the right to amend or terminate this Agreement at any time.

It is the full responsibility of the Affiliate to market these Leading Edge Cash web sites and products in a legal, ethical and honest fashion, and the Affiliate agrees that Leading Edge Cash will be held harmless from any and all actions of the Affiliate and the Affiliate's marketing and promotional programs. Leading Edge Cash reserves the right to amend all pricing plans, commissions or conditions relative to this agreement. Leading Edge Cash reserves the right to terminate any affiliate with or without cause at the sole discretion of Leading Edge Cash with or without notice.

You may not refer yourself or your company under your own existing account(s). This will result in immediate termination of your existing account(s) without pay.

All banners and ad materials are solely for use with Leading Edge Cash sites. Any unauthorized use of Leading Edge Cash banners and ad materials will result in immediate termination of your existing account(s) without pay.

You are not permitted to load any of our sites in a new window as a console without prior approval. If you want to do this, you need to contact us first for approval.

Attempts to defraud us in any way will lead to immediate termination of your existing account(s) without pay.
We do not accept sites that contain or link to child pornography. Doing so will lead to immediate termination of your existing account(s) without pay.
