Q. I've seen the Demo and I'm ready to buy, but how do I do it?
A. Pick the package or individual product(s) you want and then go to our online order request form, fill it out completely and submit it to us. You will be contacted shortly thereafter to discuss the details of your order.
Q. I noticed that your prices are good for up to a certain number of members. What happens if I go over the member limit?
A. Generally, nothing will happen to your account. We understand that there are unforeseen occurrences (i.e. Password traders). However, if your bandwidth has jumped significantly over an extended period of time we may have to renegotiate our monthly fee.
Q. How long does it take to get your products on my site?
A. Once you have completed and submitted the Online Order Form and we can have you ready to go within 10 to 20 minutes (Monday Friday between 10AM to 5PM PST.)
Q. Are these products available on CD? Do I have to upload them onto my computer so my customers can see them?
A. Once you are a customer, we'll send you the linking URL's for your site. This will be completely transparent for your customers, as far as they are concerned, these products will look like they are your own creation.
Q. Can we customize the products name and layout to our site?
A. Unfortunately not. These interfaces are extremely detailed and it would take an enormous amount of time to customize them for each customer. Additionally, we do not brand these products with our own company name either, (unlike some of our competitors). This way your members get the feeling that YOU created this product exclusively for them.
Q. What is to keep other webmasters from directing their members to my URL's at MY EXPENSE?
A. The member section is protected. Authentication is done based upon the referrer, which means that only customers can link into our feeds. On top of that, we monitor our referrer logs very closely , if some other customer linked into your feeds we will send him the bill for it. Security is very tight on our network.
