Requirements:
- A thorough understanding of Photoshop and / or Illustrator
- Knowledge of vector based design packages
- Flash and animation techniques
- Solid knolwedge of HTMl, CSS, Javascript
- Understanding of PHP, My SQL may be benificial
- Ability to speak multiple languages
